Report credits and billing
One credit covers one completed report with one to five comparables. Address searches, availability checks, reopening, and downloads use no credits. A completed report may support zero reduction. Your balance is shared with the API and ChatGPT.
Single-report credits do not expire. Monthly allowances expire at the end of their paid period and do not roll over. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; there are no automatic report overages. Read the billing policy.
