Account and report information

Neon Auth manages your email, sign-in credentials, verification and session information. Realev stores your account identifier, trial usage, property-report requests, and generated reports. The comparable data contains property and sale facts; homeowner contact fields are excluded from the serving dataset.

Hosting and access

Cloudflare serves the website and routes requests. Neon hosts the report API, account authentication, and the separate Realev PostgreSQL database. Your report reads and downloads require your authenticated account. Authentication uses cookies and short-lived access tokens; browser code receives no database password or server API secret.

Availability and browser storage

Completed reports remain available for 90 days. Your free trial lasts 30 days and includes three completed reports. The browser may retain an unfinished report request and its retry identifier in session storage so retrying an interrupted request does not create another report. This draft is cleared on sign-out. Source records, usage receipts, and operational logs may be retained separately.

ChatGPT account connections

With your approval, ChatGPT can search properties and read, create or revise reports in your Realev account. New completed reports use the same available credits as the website. Report results and the property details you request are shared with ChatGPT. Cloudflare stores the connection's authorization grants and protected tokens separately from your sign-in password. You can disconnect through ChatGPT's plugin settings. Signing out of the website does not disconnect that authorization; access tokens normally expire after 15 minutes and refresh authorization lasts up to 30 days. Account bans and revocation continue to be checked when report tools are used.

Use of the service

Stripe processes purchases, refunds and subscription management. Realev stores payment and customer identifiers, amounts, receipt links, subscription periods and report-credit records. Card details are entered on Stripe and are not sent through ChatGPT or stored by Realev. Billing records may be retained separately from the 90-day report retention window for accounting and dispute handling.

Reports provide evidence for your review. They do not submit an appeal or promise an assessment reduction. Purchases occur separately on the website. The baseline and tuned comparable reports do not call a paid generative AI service.
