What a report credit buys

One credit covers one successfully completed comparable report, including its supported evidence sections. A completed analysis may support no assessment reduction and still uses one credit. Reports do not file an appeal or guarantee a tax or assessment outcome.

Property searches, availability checks, polling, reopening and downloading a retained report do not use report credits. Unavailable evidence and technical failures do not consume credits. Retrying the same interrupted report request does not create an additional charge.

Purchases and monthly plans

A single-report purchase provides one credit that does not expire. Monthly plans provide their stated allowance for each paid billing period. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. There are no automatic report overages or credit top-ups.

Website, API and connected ChatGPT usage share the same account allowance. Realev does not charge an additional fee for accessing the same report through ChatGPT.

Canceling and refunds

Use Manage subscription and payment details in your account to cancel future monthly renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; its remaining report allowance continues until then.

An unused single-report purchase can be refunded through Payments and receipts. Its credit stops being available while the refund is pending. A report already generated or in progress needs a refund review. For subscription refunds or other billing questions, use the support contact on your payment receipt and include your Realev receipt identifier.

Refunded amounts reduce the report allowance funded by that payment. Partial refunds reduce that allowance proportionally, rounding revoked credits up to the next whole report. A payment dispute pauses its unused allowance while it is resolved. Existing retained reports remain readable.

Revisions and retention

Evidenced selection and adjustment revisions within a report's original candidate pool are included for 30 days. A different property, date context, tax period or evidence release requires a new report. Generated reports are retained for 90 days, subject to source withdrawal. Withdrawal restores its consumed unit once unless the underlying payment has been reversed; refund review is available if a paid report cannot be delivered or replaced.

Payment processing

Stripe handles checkout, payment details, receipts and subscription management. Realev grants paid report access only after server confirmation of payment. A return from checkout may show confirmation pending until payment status is verified.
